I was really in the mood to do an acrylic painting now that my arm is feeling better. Still can't do upright painting, and I have to stretch a lot, but I am able to paint without pain!

This acrylic painting has a weeping willow and an English cottage overlooking a pond. If you look really closely, there's a visitor in the pond. He is pretty micro, as were a lot of the details in this painting. I truly got lost in the art while I was creating this and had a lot of fun. I didn't mind creating details I knew people most likely weren't going to notice because it was pretty therapeutic.

I am wanting to get some basic paintings up for even nonpainters to try, so now that I got this itch to do a detailed little painting out, I'll be focusing my efforts on creating some real tutorials for beginners.
