In this episode we make an EMERGENCY order for a client that had another vendor fall through! We are happy to help out when we can! So, we're making 3 softball plaques (along with our regular orders) and shipping them out ASAP for Softball Coach Gifts at their End of Season Banquet.

While engraving we check out the orders from the night before and see an order from Germany for a fishing rod holder with the text all in German. We go ahead and get to work cutting it out with the CNC machine.

We also multitask by painting some earring orders while engraving.
