After 25 years in the hightech industry, Sherry felt the ravages of stress on her body and her spirit. At the age of 45, she turned to Yoga for healing and recovery. Then, a final corporate layoff in 2005 prompted her to make a big change in her life. She purchased the Yoga Vista Studio and transformed it into a highlyrespected, globallyrecognized brand for Aging Well by filming her live Gentle, Senior and Chair Yoga classes and putting them on YouTube. Today, her complete Yoga video library of 1,000s of videos is offered on YogaVista.TV.
