Find secrets from Teller of Bank of Rhodes and obtain the Jail Cell Key from inside the Bank of Rhodes (in Rhodes down) from game Red Dead Redemption 2 (Red Dead 2). The Bank Teller is also a member of the Chelonians, and you can get a Letter To Pa from him if you lasso and hogtie him. Unfortunately, he is unable to open the Bank Vault. There is one guard at night, so you are able to enter easily and go through the teller gate using a trick with gun and lantern.
