Entry 1: Why am I sad when my Birthday’s coming up soon?

I am starting this series to track my progress and as well as talk therapy or a way to express things running through my mind which if I write in a journal, my hand wouldn’t be able to keep up. My first entry is about my baseline. At this age of30s, i was expecting to have some milestones yet most of them I wasn’t able to keep. I want to share my experiece maybe as a way to show people struggling at this age happens and they are not alone. So just keep pushing ourselves for our dreams and aspirations.
