The 4th challenge, the difficulty has quite a jump from the last challenge, since it's forcing you to stealth on Operative+ with a bs task that shouldn't have been on this map. But for the sake of challenges, it's fine I guess.

About the shade? It's pretty much just a reskinned version of the classic shade, but it still works for people using "gold" loadouts to flex (I mean golden Aegis mask exists but this is ok). Since it's "golden" I will just put it in my collection.
