ULLICHAMMANTHI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1.Big onion (chopped) 4 (4 – 5 cups)
2.Red Chilli (Piriyan + Vattal)) 25 – 30
3.Curry leaves 4 – 5 twigs
4.Salt to taste
5.Coconut oil ¼ ½ cup
PREPARATION
1.Saute all the items till the onion turns slightly red
2.Grind well with no water.
3.Add extra oil during grinding, check the salt and store air tight.
Shelf life preferably longer on the fridge.
