The O3 "VTX" antenna placement is not a problem due its top placement. I flew 4.2km away from home and i still had solid signal. The lowest I dropped was 17Mbps. The body of the quad and the tilt angle may hide the antennas a bit on the turning back home but that would have happened either way i think.
The only problem for me is the freezing fingers. I landed with over 3,6V on each flights, I could have been flew longer but then i need a longer ridge and warmer fingers in 20 degrees.
