Building a kayak! From scratch!
This is my second attempt at designing and building a woodstrip/ composite kayak. The first build went great the kayak paddles wonderfully, I learned a ton from building it, and then decided that I could make some improvements to the design and build process to create a second kayak... Because why not?
For the second I filmed the majority of the build, and decided to take all the footage I have of the process and divide it into a series of 10 (+/) minute videos... starting with setting up the workshop!
In this first episode, there's a bit of prep work that has to take place before I can start building the kayak:
