Thanks for Checking out Episode 7. Today we start repairing the Cart after our 50 Mile Trip to Palm Beach Island and Back!

We took the 2007 Club Car DS to see our friend Rob at Superior Street Golf Carts for a full brake job and front brake upgrade to Jake's Disc Brake kit for their long travel lift. It's a really well made kit and Rob did a great job installing it.

Couple notes... Make sure to use the OEM Hubs. Aftermarket hubs will not work as they don't have the recess on the back for the wheel studs to sit flush.

Try and find DOT 2 brake fluid if you can't find it, Marvelous Mystery Oil will work also, basically the same thing.

Make sure to check your work. Lots of stuff is being unbolted, make sure to tighten it up.
