So, you need to ask for a esic epehchan card print from your employer, get your aadhar number link to ESIC and just present that epehchan card at the hospital.

First, you need to go your ESI dispensary. When the dispensary cannot handle your requirements, it then refers you to this ESIC model hospital for advanced treatment. If the ESIC hospital too cannot meet your medial requirements, it then refers you to a private specialty hospital like fortis hospital or Soni Hospital for worldclass treatment completely free of cost.
