Anybody over the age of 14 can enjoy the riding experience of the ESkuta, as it's legally classed as an "EAPC" which means the ESkuta E Bike is Electrically Assisted Pedel Cycle" and the motor can only be propelled by the pedels on the ESkuta. An EAPC has strict requirements like, the bike must not exceed 250watts of power on the motor, and speeds must not exceed 15.5mph on the ESkuta. An EAPC, and ESkuta can be used as a regular bicycle can be used for example, an ESkuta can be ridden in Bicycle lanes and parking restrictions don't apply unlike a normal moped or motorcycle would.

The most recent cost of living crisis and the extreme hyperinflation of fuel and crude oil has made millions struggle across the world to commute to work. The ESkuta model is not only ecofriendly but it's extremely cheap, costing only £0.15 for a full charge, giving a range of up to 50 miles on one charge.
