Essential Classroom Management Strategies for Inner City and New Teachers. In this week's video I wanted to talk about a few important features of my classroom management strategy. Knowing how to establish a predictable and stable classroom is so critical to the success of new teachers, and it is especially important when teaching in title i schools, middle schools, and inner city school. There are only a few key concepts that I focus on in this video, and using them everyday has helped me minimize disruptions, create "flow," and grow my relationships with my students.
