Essential Principles For Treating Depression

Many practitioners feel illequipped to help treat a depressed person. More and more depressed people are consuming antidepressants, yet depression rates are soaring. Why is this?

I share some paradoxical facts about depression based on research, and discuss these in the context of how we treat depression. I'll also describe what depression is, and the cycle of depression, and I'll share 3 vital steps to follow when treating depression.
