On the occasion of International Women's day and Assam Rifles Day 2022, Miss Esther Hnamte launching a version of 'BHARAT KI BETI' song in collaboration with 3 (Naga Hills) battalion under Directorate General Of Assam Rifles. The aim of the video is to honour the achievement of woman and highlighting their contribution in security forces. This video is also dedicated to Col. Viplav and all the bravehearts who made supreme sacrifice in the line of duty. Although in today's gender equality is still a paramount challenge in all spheres of life especially in security forces, breaking the glass ceiling, the riflewomen in Assam Rifles have proven their mettle and performed extremely well.

In the video Esther is shown as the young girl singing 'BHARAT KI BETI' song for her elder sister riflewoman Sunilla Devi whoes lifestyle is a real example and is aimed at spreading the awareness about the opportunities available in the security forces. With the help of young singing sensation Esther, the life of young Mizo girl is shown. Who is inspired by her elder sister who is serving in Assam Rifles. The video also focuses on the difficulties a woman soldier faces throughout the course of her training and in operations and ultimately how she overcomes all of them through her dedication and highest degree of proffesionlism.


The initiatives by Esther Hnamte along with Assam Rifles aims at spreading the awareness about the contribution of woman in uniform and in changing social, economic and cultural condition of women in Indian society. With the help of the song Esther Hnamte aims at motivating the young women talent of India in joining the security forces and fullfilling their dreams and with that, changing the dynamics of the entire nations
