SMEs play a critical part in an economy. In India’s context, MSMEs contribute nearly 30% to India’s GDP and are responsible for half of the country's total exports. Recognising the importance of MSMEs, the United Nations General Assembly officially designated 27 June of each year as the International MSME Day.

On this International MSME Day, The Economic Times, has brought together a set of experts, policymakers and industry stakeholders to discuss the various challenges & opportunities in front of the Indian MSMEs and what all is needed to boost India’s export capabilities.
