At CROSSBIKE, we do NOT sell our luxury ebikes online or at the big box retailers. When someone comes to our website and wants to place an order online, we refer that order to one of our local bike dealers. In the case of the USA midwest, that's going to be ETGebikes.com, near Cincinnati, Ohio.

Why? Because when it comes to buying an ebike, people want to touch it, feel it, and ride it. And when they want to customize it, adjust it, or fix it, they want to be able to go to their local bike store. The way things used to be.
