After being bombarded with questions regarding the new EVA foam floor in the Frewza F16 i decided to put a clip together to provide some insight in to the products available, planning, cutting and laying techniques.


I had already done most of the work before deciding to do this video so apologies for the lack of demonstrations but hopefully you get the idea.


Most important things is to prep the surface properly, most manufacturers will provide guidelines, but for the most part:
Hot soapy water wash
score surface gently with scotch pad
sterilize area with IPA rubbing alcohol or similar product
lay section and apply pressure for 30 seconds to activate adhesive
