How to bake beef so that the meat is soft (you can take a piece of any weight)
Beef 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black ground pepper 1 tsp
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Dried onions 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Butter 50 g

1. Sprinkle the meat with salt, ground black pepper, coriander, dried garlic and dried onions. Let the meat marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for longer.
2. Before baking, grease the meat with butter.
3. Put the meat in the roasting sleeve, fixing the edges as close as possible to the piece of meat.
4. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 60 minutes, reduce heat to 150°C (302°F) and bake for another 6090 minutes. If the weight of the meat is 2 kg, then bake for another 120180 minutes.
5. Cut the meat into portions, put in a container and pour over the meat juice.
