After an emergency or disaster happens, children can often have feelings they aren’t sure what to do with. This video, aimed at youth ages 512 years old, addresses what an emergency is and how your circle of support can be there to help during and after an emergency.

The video also explains a coping skill children can practice themselves or teach others when they are feeling anxious or scared.
