Kilpailussa Suomen hauenkalastus skenen kärkinimiä ottaa toisistaan mittaa, tavoitteenaan kerätä mahdollisimman paljon "haukipisteitä" Hauet ovat pisteytetty koon mukaan: Mitä painavempi hauki, sitä enemmän pisteitä ropisee! Tämä kilpailuformaatti mahdollistaa monet eri taktiikat ja kalastustyylit, ja katsojat saavatkin vinkkejä ja niksejä kertaheitolla monesta eri näkökulmasta.
