One more thing of note, while this video covers textbook cases, keep in mind that there are always many edgecases. Some more modern GPUs can read less than 1ohm at vcore, so great care should be taken to make sure a less than 1ohm short on the main rail isn't the same as the less than 1ohm of resistance through GPU vcore. Likewise, you can also have partial shorts, where a capacitor or even a fuse can be shorted, but still offer some resistance.
