संविधान में आरक्षण पर किसी लिमिट का जिक्र नहीं है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो फैसलों से आरक्षण पर 50 प्रतिशत की लिमिट लग गई. अब केंद्र सरकार ने EWS को 10% आरक्षण देकर केंद्र सरकार की नौकरियों और शिक्षा संस्थानों में कुल आरक्षण 59.5% कर दिया है. ऐसे में कई राज्य सरकारें भी आरक्षण की लिमिट बढ़ाना चाहती हैं. सवाल उठता है कि केंद्र सरकार राज्य सरकारों के नए आरक्षण कानूनों के मामलों में कौन सा पक्ष लेगी. इस बारे में बता रहे हैं संविधान विशेषज्ञ वकील नितिन मेश्राम. #EWS #Reservation #DilipMandal
