The examination of the eye, it's probably one of the most important examinations in (clinical Skills), failure to adequately diagnose, and manage problems with the eye, can quickly become catastrophic for the patient.

Unlike many of the other clinical exams, the difficulties with the examination of the eye, are twofold. Firstly the eye, it is often difficult to examine, order to examine the eye, the ophthalmoscope must be well understood by the user

As a result, the ophthalmoscope is it (clinical Skills), this is often avoided by students. This can be potentially dangerous for students, Examination of the Eye with an Ophthalmoscope, is quite common in both clinical practice, also OSCE and final exams at medical school
