tip#1 :    • excel tip#1 Ctrl +E || Combine and sp...
Method 1: Copy and Paste

Select the range of cells containing the data you want to transpose.
Rightclick the selected cells and choose "Copy" or press Ctrl+C to copy the data.
Rightclick on the cell where you want to paste the transposed data and choose "Paste Special."
In the Paste Special dialog box, check the "Transpose" option.
Click "OK" to paste the transposed data into the new location.
Method 2: Transpose Function

Select the range of cells where you want to paste the transposed data.
Type the following formula: =TRANSPOSE(range), replacing "range" with the range of cells containing the original data. For example, if your data is in cells A1 to C3, the formula should be =TRANSPOSE(A1:C3).
Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of just pressing Enter. This is important because it tells Excel to treat the formula as an array formula.
The transposed data will now appear in the selected range.
Method 3: Shortcut Key (Alt+S+E)

Select the range of cells containing the data you want to transpose.
Press Alt+S+E on your keyboard. This opens the Paste Special dialog box with the Transpose option preselected.
Press Enter or click "OK" to paste the transposed data into the new location.
Remember to adjust the instructions according to your specific version of Excel, as some menu options or shortcuts may vary.
