When we make this movement, we need to work not only with our hands. Look, now this place in the shoulder area is not working. Accordingly, there is no healing effect on the shoulder. You need to do it like this. You need to do this, hide your head. That's not right.

If you go swimming, you will immediately understand. The hands make this movement. This is wrong. We take a step to the side, our hands go back. And then we move our hands forward. This is a conditional stop. And then two hands press down. And we make a return movement to the starting position. One, two. Now we do it on the right side.

You can hold your hands here or here. Pay attention to the little finger so that it is not higher than the other fingers of the hand. If you put your hand on your head, your little finger is always there. That's not true. Look, this is the principle. This is so wrong, because the fingers don’t work.

Our fingers are antennas. If the antenna works, then the TV works. If the antennas don't work, then the TV doesn't work either. Like this. Not this way. If you make a movement like this, then it has no healing effect. Our hands should rake like two shovels. There are also these different movements.
