Drop foot, also known as foot drop or ankle dorsiflexion paralysis, is one of the most common and frustrating physical issues after a stroke. The inability to lift the toes makes it difficult to walk with a normal gait. In this video, I walk you through a realtime workout of 6 simple exercises you can do at home to improve foot drop after a stroke!

What you'll need:
Gait belt, bed sheet, or towel
Cuff weight or bag of beans
Something sturdy to hold on to
Possibly another person to help with standing
Willingness to work out with me
