Great to be back on the feral pigs again.
Received an invite from a fellow contract shooter to assist with some feral pest management contracts.
Pig numbers have exploded accross NSW with a couple of excellent weather seasons in a row.
Running my Remington 700 chambered in .308, MDT HNT26 carbon fibre chassis and SCSA Q2 suppressor. Thermal scopes used this trip are the Pulsar Thermion2 Pro XP50 LRF and the HikMicro Thunder 2.0 TQ50 which was on my Sako .223
Roof mounted thermal is the HikMicro Panther PQ50 LRF on the SpydaBot remote gimbal.
We had a very productive couple of nights resulting in well over 100 pigs, 12 foxes and 1 feral cat removed permanently. Most of which were shot with the 308win running hornady 150gr SST's.
The cat was taken with the 223 using the new 55gr Rexem projectiles.
Aussie made gear and worked a treat.
Can't wait to get out there again in the near future.
