We continue our series on How to Section Hike the Appalachian Trail through Connecticut with a closeup look at Section 2.
We hiked this on July 7, 2024.
Many thanks to shuttle provider Trail Hopper and Izzy for getting us safely to our starting location for this hike. This was the first time we didn't use two cars to shuttle between the trailheads and needed to rely on a third party to get us to the start. Uber wasn't too reliable in the area so we chose to use an AT shuttle provider and we couldn't be more pleased with Trail Hopper's service. Scroll down to access a link to the shuttle provider list.
