The Court of Protection and Education teams at Doughty Street started a twopart webinar miniseries to address the overlap in capacity and education issues in both their respective fields for those aged between 16 and 25.

The first webinar considered education matters within court of protection proceedings for COP practitioners and the second webinar in June will consider capacity matters within education proceedings for education practitioners.
