About This Video:
On Sunday the 10th of March I took the drive down to Tyabb Aiport, located about 1 hour south of Melbourne on the Mornington Penisula for the binannual Tyabb Airshow. The weather on Sunday was hot, a top temperature of somewhere between 3436degrees and a gusty northnorthwesterly made for quite challenging conditions for pilots. Luckily Tyabb’s main runway is a north/south runway so there wasn’t a cross wind although in the air pilots reported gusty and bumpy conditions. The Tyabb Airshow always has quite a diverse range of aircraft and this year was no different. In this video though I dive into the histories behind three of these aircrafts: The TBM Avenger, P40F Warhawk and the F4U5N Corsair. So join me as we explore the Tyabb airshow!
