Presented in 4K 45 minutes of heavy freight train action on the Mullan Pass, in Central Montana. The Montana Rail Link was recently bought out of the BNSF, but the trains and scenery are still mostly unchanged! Located on the 3rd Subdivision, the steep 2.2% grades provide some of the finest and toughest railroading around.

You'll also see some of the various MRL/BNSF helper sets, that are staged at the bottom of the pass, in nearby Helena, MT. These helper sets are manned, and mainly attached to Westbound trains who need assistance going up the pass.
