If you have eye or head trauma, get the goahead from your doctor before engaging in any form of eye exercise.

The eyes are part of the central nervous system, and connect into the brain via the optic nerve. We can use somatic eye exercises to stimulate a relaxation response from our nervous system.

This video includes three eye exercises that can help your nervous system move into a parasympathetic/relaxed state. You can do all three exercises or simply choose your favorite and use it anytime as a somatic technique to selfregulate.
