After Inga, Tipple, Leech and Rook deal with a gang of outlaws in the sewers of Brightlodge and uncover a plot that threatens the entire city; King Wendleglass II decides to send another team of heroes to the mining town of Grayrock to investigate the information provided by Blue, the red cap.

On this occasion, those in charge of completing the mission will be Sterling, Glory, Shroud and Winter, 4 other heroes of the guild with their own powers and abilities. Who must investigate a series of mysterious deaths that plague the city and discover what is happening, and how it is connected to what happened at Brightlodge.

However, this will not be easy, since not only will they have to investigate hard to collect the clues to the mystery, but they will also have to face dangerous enemies and supernatural creatures. All in a race against time that has just begun.
