We made a brand new sill by hand and welded it in on Mat Armstrong's classic BMW E24 635 CSI. Its looking brand new once again!

Guess what, we found more hidden rust which we had to treat and cut out. the more we dig, the more rust we keep finding, but we are slowly restoring this to its former glory once again!

We still have a lot of work ahead of us and we are slowly chipping away at it!
