Who Am I?

I'm Lydia, a biology grad and exscience teacher studying medicine in Southampton, UK. I'm originally from Poole in Dorset and currently live in Winchester with my partner Jack (we met at uni studying biology). I started this channel to give advice to those applying to medicine as a mature student/graduate and I've been vlogging my medical school journey (highs and lows) from my very first day of term back in the pandemic days of 2020. I'd say I'm a positive, sociable and busy person but I'm currently struggling with losing my dad to cancer in Oct 2023 so I'm now navigating grief while studying medicine.
