8 years ago, patient had sharp burning sciatica. Had surgery, but still have burning sciatica and a new symptom of numbness. This is known as Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS). He has trouble putting on socks, sometimes sciatica so bad that he can't walk. He also experiences severe sharp pain in the face along the Trigeminal V2 dermatone known as Trigeminal Neuralgia or Tic delaroux.
