Today @Ortho EVAL Pal With Paul Marquis I demonstrate how to perform the FAIR Test for Piriformis Syndrome. Deep gluteal pain can be a little tricky since so many issues can cause buttock pain. Remember, special tests alone should not be used to diagnose patients. Palpation, mechanisms of injury, selective tissue tension testing, respond to injections and other evaluation techniques should be put together to get to a proper diagnosis. Enjoy!!
