Strange one today after i was out and found a woman selling wristbands for a Mental Health Charity in Blackpool. This is normally done by a gang of men on the promenade, who normally threaten me if I pass them whilst filming.
After extensive research on line in the past, all indications are that they are a national organised crime cang.

A store security officer reported them to some police officers who followed the woman in to Hounds Hill center, but moments later she walked out and continued!.
