☑ 100 g light flour
☑ Almond powder 20g
☑ 100 g unsalted butter
☑ 80g cane sugar
☑ 2 eggs
☑ Zest of 1 lemon
☑ 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
☑ Pumpkin seeds As much as you like
( ↳ for topping)

Icing
☑ Powdered sugar 100g
☑ Lemon juice 20g
( ↳ Add lemon juice a little at a time to desired consistency )
