A bottlecap was left in each eye socket.. Here, I list All Serial Killers in Fallout 4. Evidence of their lives can often be found in disturbing locations. I do other Top 5 stuff, like Fallout 4 secrets. There are many secret locations, and certainly secret enemies and quests to be found. The Fens Phantom seeming like one. Attached comes with certain Fallout 4 theories, or a fan theory of some kind.

Since I'm on ps4, I love the Fallout 4 new mods. There are quest mods and companion mods that are outstanding. They definitely make finding sad stories or deaths, or creepy vaults, a lot more fun. I've even heard of a serial killer mod, or a serial killer build for your character.
