After surviving their first encounter with raiders, Reed and Phil of Vault 71 are left to process the aftermath alongside their new companions, Hawke and Ruthie. With an ominous Radstorm looming, the group is forced to take shelter in makeshift buildings for the night. But as they wait for the storm to pass, unexpected mysteries surface.
