With the arrival of summer, we set out on our first family camping trip of the season without a wood stove!

The daytime temperatures were high and the nights were still cool and breezy, but by choosing the right sleeping bag, we were able to have a great time camping with the kids without being exposed to the cold weather.

With our new car tailgate tent, we turned our Toyota Prius into a kind of campervan and made the tent an extension of our car. This way, we were able to use both the tent and the car at the same time, and also significantly increased the camping space.

Breakfast on a hot morning in the shade of the trees right inside a cool stream was beyond any therapy! Meanwhile, the symphony of frogs gave our camp a unique flavor.

Spending time with family in nature relaxes a person, reduces stress caused by everyday activities, maintains physical health and provides a healthy connection with nature.
