HIGN Executive Director Dr. Tara Cortes hosts Dr. Kalisha BondsJohnson, Postdoctoral Fellow at Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, Dr. Ab Brody, Associate Director of the Hartford Institute of Geriatric Nursing and Associate Professor at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing, and Dr. Tia Powell, Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, to discuss family caregiving and people with dementia.

This webinar focused on some of the challenges and rewards experienced by family caregivers of people with dementia. The speakers addressed "caregiver burden" from three different perspectives and discussed some of the logistical and emotional impacts on caregivers.
