Welcome back, everyone! We're so excited to share our latest adventures as we settle into our offgrid homestead in the middle of the beautiful Canadian wilderness. This week, we’ve been busy with some essential projects and made some wonderful memories along the way.

We started by building a sturdy entry staircase to our cabin, making it feel even more like home. Then, we tackled constructing a thunder box – a simple composting toilet that’s both practical and essential for our offgrid life. We also enclosed our bathroom with drywall, adding muchneeded privacy and comfort to our living space.

But it’s not all work! We took a break and enjoyed a lovely trip to the beach, soaking up the sun and appreciating the serene nature around us. Of course, we made some delicious food and shared lots of laughs, creating moments we’ll cherish forever.
