बागवान चाचा यांनी या व्यवसायाची सुरुवात केली 2000 साली. त्यापूर्वी चाचा याच ट्रक मधून हॉटेल मध्ये कच्चा माल पुरवायचे. पण 2000 पासून मात्र त्यांनी याच ट्रकचा वापर करून बिर्याणी चा व्यवसाय सुरू केला.

आणि या 22 वर्षात चाचाची ट्रकातली बिर्याणी म्हणून संपूर्ण कोल्हापुरात त्यांनी नाव कमावलं. इथं मिळणारे नॉनव्हेज डिब्बा गोश्त, खिमा मसाला, खिमा फ्राय, बिर्याणी, केरला पराठा असे पदार्थ एकदम जबरी चवीचे असतात.
