Sharing the recipe of the Panki here.

Ingredients:

1 cup rice flour
1/2cup curd
1/4th tsp turmeric
1/4th tsp asafetida
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp cumin crushed
1tsp ginger green chili paste
Water

Make a thin batter with all the ingredients mentioned above. Grease banana leaf and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it thinly. Cover it with another banana leaf and cook each side on low flame for 34 mins or until the banana leaf shows brows spots.

Serve it hot and Enjoy!
