Welcome to the Deutschland Farm Timelapse. On this beautiful summer day, we embark on a new farming career in Germany. With two fields of grass ready for mowing, we decide to produce grass silage in bales for future sale. First, we connect the KUHN GMD 4411 mower to the MercedesBenz SPRINTER MBTRAC 1100 GRUMA tractor and start cutting the grass.
Next, we proceed to bale the grass. For this task, we utilize another tractor, the DEUTZ D 62 06, attaching a SaMASZ Z2840 H windrower. The MBTRAC tractor is equipped with a POTTINGER IMPRESS 125F PRO baler. After creating the bales, we head to the store to rent equipment for wrapping them, which we handle with a MercedesBenz tractor.
Once all the grass bales are wrapped, we need to wait for the fermentation process to complete, turning the grass into silage. During this period, we place the bales in the waiting areas using our small DEUTZ D 62 06 tractor equipped with a front loader and bale grabber.
With all stages of preparing the grass silage bales complete, we just need to wait until they are ready for sale.
