While filming Call of the Killer Whale in British Colombia, JeanMichel Cousteau and his team heard a consistent message from the scientific community, First Nations and marine conservation organizations. That message was that opennet salmon farms are killing many of the wild salmon runs of British Columbia and are creating biological and social degradation that could last for decades.
