The order in which you should do your field work is as follows:
Mulch
Plow/Subsoil
Lime (I forgot to mention but this is only when the field says its required)
Rock Pick
Fertilise (can be skipped is seeder is fert capable)
Plant
Roll
Weed
Fertilise a day later with narrow tyres fitted
